Resolved: Couldn't get phone # off internet.
Couldn't find toll free number on line was trying to buy car but needed limit raised. Was in another state.
The phone never rang!!’
I have a charge on my account that is not mine and is over drawing my account. And there is not a person that can help me and you are closed Monday.
Poor poor customer service. Very disappointed!!!

Unauthorized purchase pending on acct
The web site that I used was not as I normally am. The site that I was writing on showed if you want attention to your problem used the poised off site.
I was alarmed that $936 was to expenses from my checking acct.
on Sunday morning and cannot reach anyone for help. The circumstances still exist and Ive had no help.
I just thought someone could empathize with my problem.

Bad bußiness! Rude employee. Knows my check will clear and it was written off your bank. You should honor that!
I'm in need of cashing my check. It is printed off of your bank.
Has been cashed 4 other times because I've had I'd stolen!
Now they say they won't cash it again! I'm pissed!
